We went to this hotel 2 years ago. They made a mistake with our booking so when I complained about it, the Manager of the hotel agreed to meet me and he gave us a room upgrade for free. The Food is top quality with a great variety and the staff cannot do enough to help you specially if you are travelling with small children. The rooms are very spa

Everything was spotless, food good and plentiful, close to the beach - staff very friendly and helpful, room comfy would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in room.

We were on 27th floor lovely view of the sea. At night lovely views of the lights of benidorm. Modern apartments with all facilities really comfortable. Reception very helpful. Everywhere spotless. Good sized pool. -

Great hotel. the rooms are excellent so clean and comfortable. Location was good not far from all the bars but far enough away to be quiet. The beach is 1 minute walk away. Very clean and friendly staff and cheap. We wanted a one night stay and many Benidorm hotels do not do that. We would stay again but in a different room. We were going to the Benidorm Palace so it was handy location for us. Very good breakfast looking out to the pool not like in some hotels where the breakfast room is in the cellar with no windows.

great location for old town beach and night life, accomodation basic the towels and bedding changed as stated when booking .The staff were all spanish but had no problem when booking in and out when we had a small problem with shower hose they sorted it out without fuss and were very helpfull.already booked this accomodation again for april 2014
