The apartment was excellent. Great view across the bay, very well appointed, very clean & very comfortable. A great location close enough to the beach & other facilities whilst just far enough away from the noisier nightlife! Nice to lie by the quiet pool and still be able to hear the sea! You wont find a better self-catering facility this close to the centre of town.
No real reception. There was a problem on arrival. Either letsbookhotel.com
didn't confirm our booking or the apartments didn't make a note
of it. A Spainish guy made great efforts to help, but communication was
a problem. His English was as good as my Spanish. Then a German guy,

Location of the hotel was excellent, the apartment was excellent level of equipment, lavishly views of the sea and the beach. Clean and quiet hotel close to all amenities. Very nice pool area, nettconnecting was available, too. I can highly recommend to everyone. Special thanks for Ivan!.
Everything ! The apartment was modern and very clean and comfortable. When we walked through the door the view rendered us speechless, it was beautiful. Lovely pool area and Ivan the manager was so helpful. Underground parking and good security. 11 out of 10 !.
The appartment was comfortable and spacious with every facility available that we needed and more. We were upgraded to the Penthouse on the 11th floor which was a lovely suprise. The view was spectacular and the whole experience was first class.
These apartments were fantastic. Absolutely spotless with an amazing view from every room. The manager Ivan is a lovely person and so so helpful. You will not get better hospitality. Fantastic in every way.
These apartments are in a fantastic location and are well layed out have everything that is needed, dishwasher, washing machine etc they are very secure with the most amazing view.would recommend to anyone.
Great location (although it wouldn't suit if you have mobility issues as it's up a hill). Great views, spotless, really close to the beach, well-stocked kitchen, rep was very organised.
Everything is perfect starting with the location (seaview) and ending with high standard service provided by the manager Ivan.Clean well equiped flat,secure and Very comfortable.
Excellent views over bay, well equipped kitchen, great bathroom with plenty of hot water always available, fully central heated, ideal for those winter breaks.
The apartment was very clean with a fantastic view of Benidorm. We saw some wonderful sunsets. Everything you could need in the apartment for your holiday.

Slightly odd access to the pool garage via the underground garage area, but worth the trip.

The car park is a nightmare. The car lift was very tight for space.
Not really for immobile people as they are up a hill.
No English-speaking channels at all on the television. The sofa bed in the living-room was pretty uncomfortable as a couch.
internet was in the process of testing so sometimes it didn't work.
Access is via a steep road therefore not for anyone with mobility problems.
Just a small thing we arrived at lunch time and had to wait 30 minutes to get let in to leave our luggage and then return at 4 p.m. to gain access. A bit of a waste of a day. But must add that Ivan was very helpful.
The only negative i have was the late check-in at 4pm.
The only downside was lack of a 24hr reception staff - however, once we had been given two sets of keys it became a non issue.
The rubbish left behind by local fishermen on the bank leading down to the sea below the appartments.(not a nice sight to see) Not the responsibilty of the hotel but should be dealt with by the local council.

I booked one of the apartments for four adults but the sofa bed wad not
suitable for two adults so we had to pay an extra 8 euros per night for
an extra camp bed. This was not made clear when I booked it.
The sofa in the room is not a very good bed, but this was a minor discomfort.

one of the airconditioning units wasnt working (even though they tried to mend it). the shower fixing was off the wall but was immediately rectified.
