Apartamentos Don Gregorio's apartments include a twin bedroom and a spacious living-dining room with a sofa bed. All apartments have a furnished balcony with views over Benidorm. Cleaning and bed linen changes take place once a week. Wi-Fi is available for a surcharge.
The on-site bar is open from 15 May to 15 September. There is a supermarket and café only 2 minutes’ walk away, and more bars and restaurants can be found along Playa Levante Beach.
The Benidorm Bus Station and Railway Station are both within 10 minutes’ drive of the apartments. Alicante Airport is 60 km away.

Very clean and spacious apt .staff friendly and helpful.we were on 7th floor lovely view,balcony more than expected for price paid .toaster,fridgefreezer and microwave like New.l would like to say after reading reviews what do people expect for money paid? These apts are great value.
Price was excellent, rooms were clean and the location was quiet and secure.

just far enough away from centre to be quiet.

friendly polite conceige. the jukebox cafe, just outside, exellent breakfast for 3e and great mug of coffee. very good value apartments. spacious and clean will definately return.
Good location for beach, bit of a walk to the centre of nightlife.

Walls between apts very thin,luckily we had good neighbours! and only two apts on each floor.
no clean towels or sheets but wasn.t a problem.

not enough sun loungers. only 10 . unless there was more locked away because of it being late sept.

Key collection takes place after 16:30. If you arrive on a Saturday afternoon, Sunday or Bank Holiday, the total cost of the booking should be paid in cash.
Reception is open from 09:30 to 13:00 and from 16:30 to 20:00. Outside these times, keys should be collected from reception at Apartamentos Buenavista, Ciudad Real Street, 3.
Please note that there is a refundable damage deposit between EUR 150 and EUR 250, to be paid upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Please note that for arrivals at weekends, all payment must be made in cash.
Please note, safety deposit boxes and TVs are available for an extra fee, and must be requested in advance or upon arrival. For stays of over 14 nights, bed linen is changed once a week from the 3rd week onwards.
Please note that there is a maximum of 1 parking space per apartment.
For stays of 14 days or more, the apartments are cleaned and the sheets are changed once a week.
