You can drive to Alicante Airport in 40 minutes. Free parking is available, subject to availability.

Facilities for cooking, all utensils provided - toaster, microwave, fridge, ceramic hob, kettle together with all necessary cutlery. Good supply of towels blankets. Reception staff particularly helpful. Very near to a supermarket where you can purchase all you need to eat or - some very good Chinese restaurants close by. We were there in the beginning of April and liked it so much we went back two weeks later. Everything in the area. Restaurant cheap and very good value. Check out bar tropical and Levi's boat show for great entertainment would definitely stay there again. Check out red apple chinease restaurant very nice owner and staff.

Apartment was clean, spacious with excellent balcony. location away from biz but plenty of good entertainment and eating options closeby. All necessary kitchen equipment available. Reasonable sized rooms. All towels and sheets clean. Heating good. Convenient for shops & restaurants. Staff very helpful. Very central. Staff very helpful and food in cafe very nice. Pool area very clean and will definetly recommend it to any other hen parties that plan on going abroad. Central. Bus stop near bye as well as taxis. Loads of restaurants. All necessary utensils in kitchen. This is the 2nd time I've been here and I would go again. Staff very friendly and helpful gave us a nice welcome for our short stay. This is our 2nd stay at this resort would go back again next year. Very clean everywhere,good location ,no hidden extras,does what it says when I booked up.Very happy and I will be back in the near future. These are wonderful spacious apartments and are in walking distance of everything could could need. Perfect for us. The location was good being close to that's hopping area and markets. Had conrner apartment good size and very breezy so did not matter that there was no air condition in May. The location and value for money are excellent. This is a budget hotel and as such you get what you pay for. Spacious, clean, comfortable apartments with good sized balcony and well appointed kitchens. Location was very good close to beach,close to night life but not too near. Room was clean and comfortable with good facilities. Spacious and comfortable apartments, shop on site. The room was spacious with a big balcony aswell and the hotel is only a few minutes walk away from many shops and great resteraunts that were very good taste and value for money, about 20 mins walk to a lovely sandy beach and the bustling square where thier are plenty of bars playing a variety of acts and tributes that kept us very entertained. nice pools and a big balcony. it was cheap. Nothing. Nothing. But don't order breakfast. The adjoining caf/bar is horrible. Everything cooked on hotplate. Cold & scruffy. A disco from across the road on Sunday night started at midnight and continued to 5am. Not the fault of the appartments but the whole building shook with the base noise. lack of comfortable chair in apt. adjustable sunbeds would be a plus. Had to pay 12 euros a week for WiFi which was unsecured. The Disco nearby too loud.- Sunday started at midnight and went on to 5 am. I happened to be in a room nearest to the disco!. Everything was excellent. The adjoining bar/cafe. Used once only. Certainly wouldn't pre-book breakfast. Much better to do it yourself. In need of updating around the pool sauna areas could be a bit cleaner in these areas. Don`t have any complaints. Only slight draw back was the noise from the flat above when the occupants where making up the bed. no changing rooms at pool and no oven to cook in. some of the tiles missing in the heated pool and jacuzzi needs a bit more attention. Only small things but would make a big difference to make everything perfect.. N/a. Towels not changed if there a week or less. Extra loo rolls charged at one euro per roll! Rooms and communal areas in need of updating. One receptionist extremely unpleasant and unhelpful as was same receptionist on last two occassions I have stayed here. Other two receptionists pleasant and helpful. People sliding furniture don't know why I did not need to move furniture at all. Rooms a little dated but adequate bearing in mind what I paid. Have stayed at these apartments twice now,and the first time was excellent.the second time, the room was scruffy,with things broken,but after asking to be moved,it was done the next day. poolside needs some attention along with more sunbeds and shade. indoor swimming pool could have done with a good clean. windows were covered in green mossy film. Lengthy check in and add ons tv remote etc,deposit for room,safety deposit box should be included in room price. Can't pick out anything that I did,nt like. hard bed. some people attending must be regulars as they thought they had the right to take over karoke and made some feel uncomfortable. Had that feeling of a little clinque at times in bar. Hotel had good facilites but not many were in working order or available in may, only found this out after booking. There were four girls sharing a room and only 3 lots of towels and sheets provided. Repeated requests for extra sheets and towels were fobbed off until on the last day we were told "no towels you share with your friends". Whilst there are notices saying towels wont be changed for a weeks stay the towels provided were not enough and very small. Also extra toilet paper in excess of one roll is charged!!!!. Having to pay extra for a controller for the TV, lack of on-site facilities. Apartments need to be given clean towels much more frequently!!! Towels are only changed once a week.Its a shame as this lets them down badly. We asked for a low floor room because we dont like heights. This was ignored and we were put on a high floor. When we questioned it we were told they had no other rooms so take it or leave it. Staff were very unfriendly did not want to speak. No entertainment. Staff at the reception terrible. I was there in November and they refused to switch on heating for night. Poor quality of indoor swimmingpool. no towel change. We requested a double bed as standard expectations of a 3* although found out we had twin beds which were awfully uncomfortable, no clean towels throughout our 5 night stay, thier was a persistant unpleasant smell from the bathroom, no air con, sun beds were half broken and very uncomfortable to lay on, have paid less and had better accomodation. the air con didn't work properly only worked every other day, had to pay a non refundable deposit of 10 euros for remote control so I could watch TV no fresh towels and they blared loud music at the pool side all day long could hear it in my apartment even with doors closed on the 12th floor .... the place was filthy ants running about the floor in the bar area the floors were disgusting needing a good clean. I had actually booked the buenavista to back in 2 weeks time but cancelled and re booked into somewhere else I would never go back its needing a good clean and redecorating the rooms were very basic and cold but as they say you only get what you pay for. Not for me. Everything about the stay! Staff level off customer service is disgusting.
