Bus stop is a minute a way.
5 to 10 mins walk from Barceloneta Metro.
The location, because it is a real part of Barca and because our daughter lives very nearby. We loved the small shops and restaurants. It is kind of quiet, but you can reach other parts just by walking. Friendly people. We liked the bed and the whole appartment was nicely and homely furnished.όλα τα σχόλια »

Aircon is a bit weird, you have to constantly drain the water buildup for it to work. Plus you have to keep the balcony door open for the exhaust. (should have been installed properly)
There is a foul smell somewhere...must have been a dead rat!
No garbage bags available.
Late check in due to the previous tenants late key turnover.
Getting the key from a different location is quite a task as well.
The beds should be upgraded.
Very tiny toilet.
On some places in the appartment the plaster comes of, I found a piece in my bed one morning from the ceiling. Also in the livingroom, water from the shower is crawling through the wall. The only thing I missed is a toaster!.
WiFi network was not working. The staff promised to repair it, but
didn't happen during 3 days we stayd there.
Overpriced. Images of the Apartment did not match reality.
It wasn't the apt we booked. Dirty Linen, Dirty towels, Towels with holes in them and thread bare,There was rancid food and stains on the walls and blankets, dirty walls, No Internet or air con for nearly 3 days. only 1 plug in the kitchen. It smelt rancid. The bathroom was horrific. I have travelled a fair bit over the years and you have to expect if you are staying in an older district that they are going to be small. But this one was Horrific.
