The staff was very friendly and even though we speak English they tried to help us out. We got a triple room but it included a couch so my son slept on it. It was a great hotel and very close to the bus stop. - The staff on reception were really friendly and welcoming and very helpful. Gran desayuno tambien. !Muchas gracias a todos en el Hotel

Great hotel to stay in.all facilities were great and very handy. We had
been traveling Spain for a couple of weeks and this was the first place
we could wash clothes. A truly great thing as we were desperate.this

A lovely, well designed and presented hotel. Great value for money but it is located quite some way from the city centre which suited us as we had our car with us and wanted to make sure it was parked somewhere secure (our car was broken into on a previous visit to the city). Room was confortable and the bed good. Breakfast was excellent.

Easy to find...entrance to carpark clearly signposted right next to hotel..allowed to leave car there even after checking out.....price good..staff friendly and attentive to detail...room very comfortable. - The staff were friendly, helpful. The room ready, comfortable. Parking facillities excellent- right under the hotel and reasonable priced.

The staff was extremely helpful, polite and professional. They offered information about the city, asked if I needed help with my bags and they informed me that there was a discount for using the parking garage because I stayed at the hotel and various other questions which made me feel very comfortable about staying at this hotel. - Great value f

The location was perfect for walking and sightseeing around the old ciy. We loved the decor and the charm of an old, traditional, Sevillan house. The service was both warm, friendly and efficient. Great place to stay in Barrio Santa Cruz - especially during Semana Santa with a paso right in front of the hotel. Everything in relative ease walking distance. The room we were allocated was ideal for travelling with older children as it was spacious. The use of the internet helped them to contact their friends. The decor is sophisticated.

The service was excellent, lots of suggestions for places to eat which all turned out to be very good.
The location was great, just a few minutes walk to the cathedral and shops right in the middle of town.
The included continental breakfast was very good and the paid extras were reasonable.
