Location is perfect, and the hotel is kept very well and feels very modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Being able to just walk down a flight of steps and be instantly on the beach was fantastic. I didn't eat at the hotel, but it's very close to excellent restaurants on the beach and in Torremolinos town centre. It was also very convenie

modern room. Clean cutlery & kitchen utensils. Our request for extra
blankets was attended to promptly. Friendly, attentive & helpful
staff at reception. Buffet breakfast @ €5.90 is good value. We
didn't try dinner as there was no vegetarian option. Excellent pool.
Overall very good & we will return.

It was our first experience of staying at aparthotel but everything was unexpectedly perfect.
The staff was helpful, professional and English-speaking. Our problem with water was decided very quickly. They helped us with any questions about hotel and city.

Lovely reception area and fantastic staff especially the receptionists who offered us a different room but they soon sent the maintenance guy along to us and there was then was no need to move. Really nice apartments, basic but clean and comfy. They had some of the
best cooking facilities we've had in similar apartments (including
in ski resorts) - a full sized fridge, dishwasher and plenty of
utensils. The pool had a lifeguard on duty at all times (whilst open)
and he was always willing to help you re-arrange the furniture or drag
over a parasol. Location was good, a 5min walk from the beach and lots
of restaurants and the supermarket underneath was big and well stocked

Location, price and they upgraded us without asking. - the kids club was highly enjoyable for our children and all the people who ran the club were excellent entertainers with a special mention going to Marta who is an asset to the hotel.

I loved the relaxed family atmosphere. It was very clean, the public areas and pool area were of a high standard. The staff were helpful and there Miramar shopping mall is just accross the road with a large Eroski supermarket stocking everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Didnt hava much time to enjoy the big swimming pool but hanged around for an hour for luch.(at the cafe bar.). We had a room with a view over the castle(its beautiful at night.). Next year we'll bring the kids with us. Its a good value for money. Thank you to the very kind people that work at the reception.
