And when my wife left her watch behind they contacted us straight away to say they had it and where should they send it. A very well run place.

  All the staff we had contact with were very friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent and the prices were very reasonable for a hotel of this class.   This is a great hotel for any kind of stay within Jerez. We had small children, who were made to feel very welcome, but there were also a lot of couples having a chill out break. The rooms are spotless with great bathrooms. The pool is a great size with a full time and very dedicated Life Guard. We also had no problems finding sun loungers. We enjoyed the walk but maybe some people think it might be to far out. The hotel is big but comfortable. The rooms were a little bit outdated (it didnt bother us) but have a balcony. The pool is great. We couldnt do without it cause Its so warm in Jerez. We stayed mid-september and the hotel was quiet. Definitly book it next time. And they have free car park!
