The owners were so helpful...going out of there way to be accomodating.The hostel was very clean and there was parking. It was very convenient to the airport. - Always use their shuttle service from the Madrid airport. Taxy can charge a lot! Very friendly staff, great choice if you have to stay close to the airport.

It was close to the metro and the IFEMA Convention Center where I was attending a meeting. The staff were friendly and the price very good compared to other options available in Madrid. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has similar requirements as I did. - Excellent and most helpful staff at all levels. They arranged our early morning call

Nice staff. Hotel in a residential neighborhood near the Madrid airport
so not many tourist attractions but gave you a feel for non tourist city
life. Metro stop Barajas near by but the streets aren't marked well
so it was a bit tough to find by walking from the Metro. Good value
though we did get a discounted rate on letsbookhotel.com. -

Town center has several good café/restaurants and small stores. One block walk to hotel from bus stop. Surprising quite for so near airport. Simple, 5 euro, self serve breakfast was quick and easy.

This hotel was about two blocks from the Brajas metro on line 8. We chose the hotel, because we were flying in late. We felt very safe walking in the neighborhood, found several restaurant/cafe/bars open late in the night, and were satisfied with the quality of the room we recieved. with taxi services in Madrid because they don't want to take you
to barajas because is near, and we took the Metro and walk to the
hotel with several baggages, but no problem at all. Several

After missing my transatlantic flight, I booked a room at the Best Western and the staff was so accomodating. The continental breakfast was delicious and it's really close to the airport, with a free shuttle service. This hotel brightened my day and I would recommend it to anyone. - The staff was extremely helpful, the surroundings were peaceful

Very close to the airport - walk 15 minutes to Terminal 2. Also 15 minute walk to Barajas Metro station (the stop between T4 and T1-2-3) which would save the Metro airport surcharge.

It was extrememly clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful to us as foreign travelers. When we asked for directions to the airport, the driver of their shuttle invited us to follow him, so we had a direct escort back to our rental car return.

We liked the design of the rooms and its cleanliness, the late night cafe and the buffet breakfast service. Check-in service was very efficient and staff very helpfull. - The apartment was great. Elena on reception was very helpful. I would not hesisate to recommend this hotel it was very cheap for the size and facalities on offer.
