I loved the friendly and warm manner of all the staff we came across
from the receptionists who checked us to the gentlemen who who refilled
our minibar, the driver who took us to the Gautrain station and even the

The DaVinci is rated as a 5-star, and mostly lives up to that rating.
The staff (especially), rooms, and amenities are excellent. Proximity to
the Sandton Center Mall is a real plus. The food, while very good, is
perhaps not outstanding. Breakfast, which was included in the room rate
was good. I really liked the ability to order something off the

The fact that you were not just a number. Especially as a lady traveling on my own they made sure I was looked after and very friendly and helpful. Would defnitely recommend the room with a balcony looking over the pool area.

Courtesy of the staff, attentiveness, clean, professional but friendly atmosphere, predictably clean and comfortable room, very comfortable bed, terrific bathroom -
I loved the room and the luxury feeling that came with it. I also liked the fact that the pillows were changed to what we preferred before we went to bed.

I very much enjoyed the professionalism of staff, the nothing is too much trouble attitude was found from check in through the whole experience.
I appreciated the quality of food (breakfast menu was first rate).
The Room Service was attentive and courteous at all times.

I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast at this hotel. The staff at the hotel were truly exceptional. I quite liked the chambermaid checking in the evening to turn the beddings, drop off a box chocolate and ask if you have additional needs such as additional bottles of water.
Put simply, a hotel in a class of its own.

I like very much the room, the bar and the terase, location, the staff.
Probably the best hotel in Sandton. Location excellent. Internet free,
parking free. Late check out at 4pm without exctra charge. -
Didnt like the fact that the trip booked via letsbookhotel.com could not be
located in the Hotel's system, had to make a new booking direct with

Solomon was awesome, the staff were helpful and excellent, they delivered service per excellence. Every thing was great. Location quite central and loved d idea of the shuttle bus. Very helpful. -

Everything there was great. The room was really nice and had everything you could need. We had breakfast in bed which came with the booking. Only wish we could've stayed longer. Oh and the food was great too! - Friendly staff, confort in the room, excellent breakfast and dinner.
