  I honestly loved most of the things about this hotel, the staff were very very nice, my room was spacious and always clean. They gave free soda, juice, sparkling and clear water. Whenever i had a problem, they would ALWAYS help. And the best part about the hotel was that the pictures on the site were exactly what was on the ground.   We had a fantastic stay at the Residence. After a rough 12-day-trip through Botswana, we were delighted with the overwhelming luxurous feeling of this hotel.   The staff were very friendly and helpful when we arrived late long after the office staff had gone home. The rooms are designed for self catering, very modern and rather chic. Its walking distance to local eateries so you don't need to drive. Its not too far from Johannesburg centre meaning evening events are accessible with no need to drive down ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » long endless motorways at night. security is quite fine.I would want to stay again. - Fabulous stay indeed. Guiet, ellegant, clean, neat, high standard house keeping, every equipment in working condition and of great quality. Warm welcome by friendly staff. Great bedding etc., infact everything was superb.
