  Friendly owners, are very helpful. Easy to reach the owners by phone or mail. Dishwasher and washing machine available, nice balcony. Just a place to stay to feel at home during a vaction or citytrip. Secure car parking for free. Safe place to stay. Near Waterfront Harbour & Mall. Near Central train station and Cape town city center.   We spend 2 nights at Walden and had a really great time. The room was elegant and stylish with a great view from the large balcony. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was superb as well. The location between the city center and the beautiful beaches is very convenient.
