We really enjoyed staying at Wilton Manor, everybody is extremely nice and kind, since the person that receives you when you arrive to the ladies that serve you breakfast. The room is very clean and the location is in a residential area, which is close to the waterfront and to Long street (we were with a car). Breakfast was delicious and very well served, we would definitively stay there again.

We liked the friendliness of the staff. We stayed the first two days and
the last two days of our trip to South Africa and we were upgraded to a
suite which was very much appreciated...we had stayed in the hotel five
years ago and it was exactly as I remembered it and we will definitely

The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful, always smiling, and solicitous without being in your face. Breakfast was plentiful, lots of choices and value for money; use of the business centre at no extra cost was a godsend - see wi-fi
The entrance/lobby very spacious and felt homely. I would definitely stay at the Portswood again

The location was great, lots of choices for dinning and shopping and centrally located so that made it easy to get out and about. the Waterfront was well sign posted for visitors unfamiliar with Cape Town so that was a huge plus when going out and then returning, we never got lost.... being on the harbour withthe excursions was a plus as well. We could not have been happier wioth our choice of hotel, and would stay there again should we visit.

Very good comfort in the rooms and the rest of the lodge. The breakfast is very good with a wide selection and always freshly made. Very clean.
The staff and the management is very helpful to plan your stay in Capetown and the area around. I will recommend this to all tourists planning to visit Capetown. We had a lovely 5 night stay here! -

It was accessible by car, taxi or even walking to a variety of places including the waterfront, citi-tour bus and restaurants. I enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day with glass of wine, good company and watching the sun go down over the ocean.

The staff made us feel like we were at home as soon as we got there.
The breakfast was very good and a great way to start the day.It was very clean and well kept.
The internet worked just fine for us.
It is a little hike from long street and the water fronts but taxis are cheap or be adventurus and take the mini buses that the local folks take

Very comfortable, well located. It combines a quiet, "off the beaten path" location with a hotel that was within walking distance of all the best of Cape Town. Very helpful front desk with fantastic assistance in all things. A really great hotel and well worth the price.

Blackheath Lodge provides a warm and comfortable atmosphere akin to being at home! It is pleasantly designed around a small, but extremely well cared for and pretty pool area. The breakfast choice is good - English or continental tea/coffee/biscuits are always available. The owner has an excellent relationships with his smiling and helpful staf

This was a delightful place to stay in a lovely tastefully furnished Victorian Lodge. We were made very welcome and nothing was too much to ask during our 4 day stay. The rooms were very comfortable with an excellent shower. Thank you to all the team that work there for making our stay so enjoyable!

I really liked the decoration of the interior house.The cottage was spacious and had all the facilities...(laundry.microwave,stereoetc).Also the neighbourhod was very quiet.. - Good location - convenient for local restaurants and Waterfront area. We stayed at the Clown house which was well equipped for self catering

The hotel and staff extremely welcoming and friendly. The room exceeded my expectation and would happily recommend it to anyone going to Cape Town.
