Staff and owner very friendly and welcoming- nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely recommend to friends and would stay there again.
friendliness of staff, willingness to open the doors late at night when a family crisis happened, amazing showers,.
Everything worked, the breakfast was fine and the staff attentive.
Tawfik was really friendly and helpful.
I was promptly served.
People and the setting is friendly to a tired business man.
clean and neat
new very helpfull staff.
Close to trainng centre.
I liked everything about the place and the staff was amazing especially Mahommed. They went an extra mole for us and we definitely coming back next year.
The room was fairly beautiful.
The lady who serves breakfast is excellent, she really knows how to treat people and make them feel welcome.
Clean linen, firm mattress and strong shower.
Staff was friendly and attentive.
Nothing.
parking was a bit of a problem as there were more card rthan the amount of bays .
we didnt like the fact that we were first given a room with 2 single beds yet our booking was specific we need a double. Area for improvement: please have more complimentary teas in the room. Also if you can have more DSTV channels, especially because I have friends in GP who may come around June. Lastly, the vagrants that sleep on your pavement is there a way of getting rid of them?.
Its summer now so you can drink hot water or hot refreshments, if you
could get a small fridge those mini bar fridges in each room so guests
can have cold refreshments just like in other hotels I've been in.
It is a small hotel, but not really intimate or luxurious enough for a "boutique" hotel.
the breakfast was a disappointment, from the menu to the service everything we wanted we waited for.
the parking area should be lit and bays marked so that movement is easy.
the emergency exit should be open so that we can access the parking without having to go out of the hotel.
Late night traffic noise.
The TV limited chanels and of which there are no movies. The hotel closes which means after a certain time there is no service and this includes cleaning during the day i.e. you need to have your room cleaned in time before the staff leaves. The front desk personnel (night) is not so friendly in fact I was made to account for something which I believe should have been properly checked before I was confronted.
The entrance was on the street with rubbish lying around, the staircase to the upper level needs some attention. The tv-programmes are very limited. The street traffic were horrendous. The staff was never to be seen and not running over with friendliness. All and all a very disappointing experience and definately not a boutique hotel!.
Noise levels at night were high and disturbing. External noise from people outside and internal from other hotel visitors, also the aircons from outside. The fancy shower was not working and the bathroo light was very dim.
The rooms are divided using dry wall, you could here everything nxt door
I am now worried about their grading.
