I stayed at Mountview for 6 nights and my experience was very positive. Joe sat down with me for 30 minutes on the first day and explained about the tours, local stores, safety and all other questions I had knowing that it was my first time in Cape Town. The hotel was kept clean at all times and I had no troubles by commuting to the hotel alone. Also staying at Sea Point (quite neighborhood in a shadow of hill and 5 minute walk to the ocean breath) was exactly what I was looking for in this

The apartment was lovely and quite large. We didn't use the pool

Balfour place is a hidden gem in Camps Bay. It has a stunning view of the sea and mountains. I would strongly recommend anybody who looks for some calm, but also prefers buzzing restaurants and beach in a short walk. The location in Camps Bay, the stunning view from the windows which you immediately notice when you enter the room. Beautiful room, comfy couch, flatscreen TV, bath and shower. Big common area downstairs with pooltable, TV and couch, swimming pool. Lovely kitchen and amazing breakfast.
