Golden beaches and mountain paths are but a brief stroll from the lodge. Choose from a wide range of activities, including dune surfing or whale watching. In chilly winter nights, guests can unwind in front of the fireplace and read a book. Every morning, you can indulge in a sumptuous breakfast prepared by the host.

Both lounges feature an ample supply of books, board games and magazines. The second lounge also acts as breakfast area.

Information about the area

Betty’s Bay and its surroundings are considered one of the world’s prime whale watching territories (from June to November). Enjoy a boat cruise and get close to these magnificent creatures. The village is also home to a colony of African Penguins, one of only two land based colonies in the country. In addition, nature enthusiasts can visit the Harold Porter Botanical Gardens. Famous for its indigenous fynbos and proteas, the garden includes numerous marshes, sand dunes and mountain slopes that wait to be discovered.

Deposit Policy
50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 10 days prior to arrival and is refundable.
