Great location, closes to mrt, Siuvenior,eats, sightseeing-budha's tooth temple, etc. Owner is friendly and accommodating. Room is clean and have all necessities, quite comfortable.
Staff and manager are very good, they always support us during we stay in the hotel.

The room is not clean.
The room is very basic with shared toilet facilities. Rooms are old and
will need new paintwork and furnishings although appearance is minor the
main complaint is about the smelly pillows.
The room is too small if with bathroom inside.
Toilet in my room is horrible, no bottled water provided, old bedsheet, blankets & towels, no TV. The worse is suddenly the cleaner opened-up my door without knocking!!!.

Cockroaches, cobwebs in the shower and on the ceiling. Frayed towels with stains. A dirty lamp. There is a foul smell in the room.

- Even though booking is confirmed, I was directed to another hotel.

- For $85 it is very expensive. Fragrance hotel is better than this hotel.

It is a nightmare and horrified stay for me.
NOT recommended unless you aim for the location. Other than that, enjoy your nightmare here.
Room size extremely small. No room at all to move as room is only able
to fit a queen size bed, an inward swing door and a shower.
Air-con remote control is not working and first night no air-con and next 2 night uncontrolled air-con.
Given a level 3 room with no elevator and struggle to move lugages up and down the staircase.
Unlikely to recommend to others although its location is great.

Everything! There was nothing I really enjoyed about this hotel. The place was a dump, it smelt had mould, the room didn't even come with bedding! Awful place!.
When 1st night u stay there at 1am the staff of the hotel is talking very loud at the reception , then our room just in front of reception , very noisy until very late .
**also they are double charge me for the room price .
