I liked how friendly the staff was when I arrived. They said my name as I entered the door so it was nice to feel welcomed and at home when arriving so late. They also gave me an upgrade for free which was great! There is a breakfast every morning which they will cook for you when you come out of your room and 24 hours a day, sodas and water are available for free in the lobby. Great!.
1. the staff are very helpful, friendly, responsive.
2. the decoration is unique & nice
3. because it's a new hotel so the towel, bedsheet, pillow are new & super bright white
4. the location is quite strategic (5 min from MRT). όλα τα σχόλια »
Staff is super friendly and attentive, free drinks available all day, design of room is edgy, nespresso machine, dvd player, etc. They do pay attention to detail.
The room is very chic and comfortable. Nice bathroom with a great shower head. location is great despite the 2 pubs sandwiching the hotel.
The rooms are good and and well equipped with newer style. Breakfast good and staff friendly. GM (Ms Didi) and Mr Lee took special care.
Breakfast meals were excellent
Size of TV
Size of bed and quality of linen
Guest packs
Individually controlled Air/Con.
The outgoing staffs.
The up to date designs of the room.
The delicious breakfast.
Kind staffs, clean room and good location. They upgraded my room to deluxe.
Didi the receptionist was very pleasant, helpful and friendly.
First of all, Thanks for the free upgrade our deluxe room to the loft, we are very happy and glad the the FO is very kind and professional. And all of the conversation was very pleasant. Keep it up!.
The hotel is new and the staff is kind. There are a lot of the frills
that a boutique hotel must have (like nespresso coffee machine in the
room ect) but we were pretty unhappy of this place.
Mainly just that its not right on a metro. However, it's 3 minutes walk from a famous Indian street market if you're heading toward to metro and 7-8 minutes to Little India station on foot.
1. the room is too small (superior double room)
2. no variety of breakfast (we stayed for 3 nights).
Selection of DVDs should be more comprehensive.
One day room cleaning was forgotten by house keeping but later upon mentioning action was taken.
Wifi is there but one has to insert user name and password everytime you return to the hotel.
Size of available room space
Missing towel hooks
Clothes hanging space.
The noise from the bar next door till wee in the morning.
The deluxe room was too cramp, i felt i was suffocating.
Door and wall of bathroom is glass. Solo or couple is okay.. For others, there is no private area in the room.
Washstand is in the room, NOT bathroom.
The room was too small with little or no facility to put your clothes.
As we upgrade to the loft, but the loft was dusty. And after we had went in our room to take a small break, suddenly got a housekeeping uncle just went in without any notice or ring the bell, this is very scary. What he told us that he just want to put the bathrobe, but at the first place he should have ring the bell or even knock the door, to inform us.
It's too expensive for what they give you expecially in terms of
service. The rooms are super tiny and not perfectly clean (the garbage
bin in the toilet was not empty at our arrival and I had to ask for
cleaning the second day because the cleaner missed our room :s ). no
windows, and a incredibly noisy ventilation system. It's not
possible to turn off the air con (for those who don't love it) and
as the hotel is in the middle of Little India, you 'll hear loud
music until late time.
- The internet description fit surprisingly not reality - certainly no 4 stars
- Deluxe room got no window!
- Poor quality of renovation works
- Rooms small and with washbasin in the room
- No breakfast room, only one table in front of front desk – not enough places for guests
- Breakfast buffet poor and fast empty no infilling
- Very disappointed about price-performance ratio – no nice stay in Singapore.
