The location of the hotel is perfect on the danube of the river. You can walk via small bridge and find a dozen of nice open air cafes and restaurants.
There is a stop for the river-cruise-boat whichgoes to the Marina Bay. -

Location on the river so handy to use the bum boats (water taxi) to get to many areas in the city . Central location . Live music at dinner and in the bar at night. Good variety of food. Spacious rooms good value.

courteous and helpful staff - Breakfast was excellent. and the hotel room is also clean. the per night charged was just alright. it is not so cheap, well what can we say since it comes with the name so cannot complain about it.

Hospitable staff. - Enjoyed the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Very helpful staff dealing with the airline regarding a lost piece of luggage.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are attentive, warm, helpful and friendly. I left my passport and some other things in the safe when I checked out and they emailed me the moment they realised that. I returned to the hotel to collect my things close to 11pm and was attended to immediately. Great service!
Expressemente on the lobby level is opened 24/7 so I can grab a coffee anytime of the day.
Great choice of restaurants near the hotel.

Staff were pleasant &helpful.room was small but neat &clean and had good facilities. The hotel was near Chinatown about 10 minutes walk away. The breakfast was excellent and a reasonable price. I recommend this hotel if a low rise hotel is preferred. -

Wonderful staff, all so friendly and helpful, boy were they helpful, always getting the maps out to show you things, giving advice and always with a massive smile on there faces, super impressed. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide selection of western and
asian dishes - you can even order how your eggs are cooked. Hotel staff
was very attentive to all your needs, very polite. Hotel was in close
walking distance to the Metro (if you can stand the heat and humidity).
There are restaurants next to the hotel serving local cuisine - tried
one of them and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel
has also a restaurant but didn't get a chance to dine there.

We stayed here 3 nights. It's 10 minutes walking from the MRstation 'Clarke Quay', but they are building a closer station. Our room was not so spacious, but clean. We slept very well because of a good bed, we love hard matresses. You can obscure the whole room at night. Our view was not beautiful, but it didn't matter to us. When we arrived they o

First, location is very central to all activities of day and night.
Walking distance to the river night life and teh underground (mrt) .
Second, acted as a **** hotel should and more: I stayed for one night to
catch a particularly late flight but got hold of the hotel for almost 2
nights; late check-out at 2 P.M. , luggage stored, complimentary shower
after my city tour (from 4-8 P.M.) then headed to airport by the nearby
mrt. 9 P.M. check-out would have cost me 2 nights. Thank you Parks !
