The staff were very courteous and helpful. The location was excellent - so close the MRT (underground railway) station which gave access to all of Singapore with ease. If you want to stay in a hotel in a quiet area but still close to shoping and other activities such as walking in the botanical garden, access to the waterfront then Trader such a hotel. The breakfast buffet on the first floor was excellent with American styled breakfast to Asian breakfast foods. The fitness center is clean and can be accessed any time of day by just asking the front desk staff (between 10pm- 6am). The location was also ideal for business meetings. It is also off of Orchard Road, which allowed for a quieter sleep at night. I would stay here again.

The staff were falling over themselves to be helpful. The reception staff made a tiny error the booking in process and upgraded us immediately. Very nice thank you.
