Excellent serviced apartment complex for a family staying in Singapore.
3 bedroom apartment had plenty of space for 5 of us with the laundry,
kitchen and lounge areas all ideal for a stay of over 1 week. Pool area
(from 50 m lane to kids splash pools) were superb. Great location near
to mrt station or alternatively a 1km stroll into Orchard Road a

My husband and i had a wonderful journey on our honeymoon in Singapore! One of the favourite things i did like was spending days at Sheraton Towers Hotel. The location is very convenient. The staffs were very helpful, also they have this friendly indian man dress up in old dutch costume who is super funny and friendly.
On the room itself, my family had a great stay during our visit to singapore. Everything was well prepared.

We stayed there five nights and I can say that the hotel reaches most of
the guest expectations: good and quiet location (very closed to Orchard
street that is the shopping heaven), bathroom amenities, quality bed
linen and towels, services, friendly and smiling staff, free wi-fi, good
tv channels selection...the last channel, 34 if I remember, is

the hotel!!! I observed that the services are the same with an execut -
- The service of the staff at Quincy is excellent! They greeted us with
a smile every time we walk passed them. My boyfriend actually
misplaced his wallet near the front desk. We received a call in our
room and was told that a cleaner picked up his wallet (when he
didn't even realize)!
- It is definitely value-for-money when hotel provided full board meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) plus free flow of drinks from 6pm to 8pm. There's complimentary mini bar in the room too!

We very much thought the staff were so friendly and helpful. From the
door people, to the Information desk, the porters, the cashiers, the
people that checked us in, the room cleaning staff and the restaurant
staff (apart from the Commis 2nd Chef who was doing the scrambled eggs
and omelette in the mornings who seemed pretty miserable to be there

This is the best hotel if you want to stay with ur family... The room
size is big, very nice interiors, very close to orchard road... And
whosoever is writing bad about the staff it's all false... The staff
is so helpful be it the reception guys or the bell boys just so helpful
and if you are looking for Indian food nearby u have to walk for at
least 15 mins and the restaurant name is the curry culture near orchard
point.. Amazing food there.... I would definitely stay here again

I like our stay at Fraser Residence Orchard Singapore.. The receptionists were so friendly and helpful!!!! What ashamed we only got one night stay in Singapore, Room and location were really comfortable. Will definitely choose Fraser Residence Orchard again for next trip in Singapore. -

The staff from the doorman to the receptionist and housekeeping were polite, efficient and professional. They made our stay a very pleasant one.
There were two main things we were very happy about:
1) We were grateful to have been informed that my husband had left his wallet behind when we checked out.
2) The surprise birthday cake which was del

Hotel itself is a cosy luxury heritage property. Rooms were large, quiet, well-appointed and spacious. We got nothing but excellent service from the staff. A mention of our 20th anniversary at booking had the manager send up a complimentary cake and card! The Scotts / Orchard Road location is ideal for tourists. The grounds and outdoor pools are great for passing a balmy afternoon.

Room is big. Bed is very comfort. Breakfast have everything we need. Location is very strategic, right behind Grand Park Orchard. If you go on foot, The fastest way to get to the hotel is from Orchard road using the alley between Grand Park and the unfinished building beside it. Walk 15 steps and you arrive at the hotel. Loved the room, very comfy beds and great to have selection of pillows - firm / soft.
Maybe the hotel was quiet but no noise from other guests on the floor, which I appreciated! awesome location.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was a fantastic bonus

We stayed for a couple of nights and loved it. Very modern and comfortable. The free wifi worked a treat. I could not connect at first, but they sent someone to fix it within 5 minutes. It's great to stay at a place that understands the importance of wifi. The location was wonderful. Right on Orchard. -

I liked the location, tucked in behind Robinson's Center Point and the lovely Cuppage restaurant area in restored shop houses. The personnel were friendly and polite. The room was clean and quiet and I was able to adjust the temperature to my liking which is sometimes difficult to do in hotels -- in my case usually rooms are too cold. The pool area

I've stayed at this hotel with my husband twice before, so we sort of became familiar with it. It's great in terms of location, right at the heart of Orchard Road, near all the places I needed to go to while we were there. Grand Hyatt has been like a second home to me every time I'm in Singapore. The staff are very helpful, no need to question about cleanliness. Although there was a renovation at some floors, I didn't hear any noise and I was informed about this when I booked for the reservation. -
Luxury hotel and excellent location, just steps from Orchard Road.

I had surgery at Mt. Elizabeth and was told by Doctors after release from the hospital I would need to stay in Singapore untill post operation appointment, knowing I would be on my own I could not think of better place than the 15th floor with the Royal Lounge and wonderful staff just down the hall. Extremely clean and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! The breakfast buffet is expensive, but well worth it for its freshness and number of choices. All you have to say is the name of the hotel, and all taxi drivers know exactly where to take you!
