It is very close to the Haram and it takes only about five minutes to reach it.
The room was awesome, specially the bathroom which had the toilet and bidet area separated from the rest by an opaque glass door. Everything was very, very clean and the room was very quiet, it felt as if we were alone in the whole floor, which we were not.

We will definitely come back to this hotel the next time we visit Makkah but we will probably have breakfast somewhere -
1. I liked the proximity of the hotel to the Grand Mosque.
2. The Atyaf resturant had excellent food for all the meals.
3. I liked the way we were traeted by the reception staff. They projected a prfessional image and conducted themselves professionally.
4. We liked the fact that the hotel is part of King Abdulaziz "waqf" for the Two Holy Mosques. This will encourage us to go back again to the same hotel.

This time, I stay there for Umrah along with my brother's family who came to visit us at Saudi from Dubai. Reception staff were very polite and friendly. Location is just perfect. Very near to Abdul Aziz Gate of Haram.
Breakfast was excellent, all of my family like it.
Free Parking, no additional charge for it. While Car park nearby Haram is very expensive.
Very reasonable value for 5 Star Hotel.

One of the nearest options to the Haram.
High speed wifi almost everywhere in the hotel, including room.
Helpful staff. Would like to mention particularly Mr. Al-Bishi (Duty Manager), Faiz and Hassan (Bell boys) for their hospitality.

The hotel is awesome, The main reason this hotel runs is because of its
location and also the lack of availabity anywhere else. Same goes for
all the hotels in this area.
Other than that, the hotel is awesome.
Very nice and clean.
Staff are excellent and always willing to help.
One has to remember that in this location the staff are run to the ground as its too busy, so you have to exercise patience.
I would definitely stay here and recommend it. In fact I can't wait to return InshaAllah

I like the whole luxurious hotel, clean rooms and excellent buffet in Ramadan, my felicitations to all the staff members beginning from the receptionists, chefs, room services, ... all the staff. It was very close to Haram, even in Ramadan you can pray inside the mall with continuous raw from the Kaaba. If you have elderly people, this will be an advantage. Multiple restaurants in the same mall with different prices convenient for all people.

1- Very close to haram.
2- Rooms are very comfortable and spacious.
3- Breakfast is very good.
4- Hotel staff is very helpful.
5- Premium room that I stayed in had a kitchenette.
6- Elevators are very good and efficiently programmed. Good size.
7- The clock tower complex had all the facilities - masjid for gents (Level P09) and ladies (Level P10), Food court (Levels P03 & P04), Shopping (Levels P0, P01 & P02).
8- The check in and check out was very efficient and quick.

Short taxi ride to Masjid al Haram less than 5 mins cost 10 SAR main road runs directly there alternatively bus stop on main road cost 2 SAR -

The location is perfect for a spiritual trip, the perfect walk-able distance between the hotel and the holly Kaaba is just conveniently nothing to complain. It's just perfect... and the Lounge of the Executive Floor is a very good idea to avoid the crowd the hectic situation downstairs. Thank you. -

Very accommodating - we started off expecting to travel with my Son (8) and daughter (4), so booked a twin room with an extra bed. However, we ended up with all 3 of our children, and when we arrived we found 2 extra beds had been placed in the room, so the equivalent of a quadruple room. Plenty of space for all of them, plus a couple of sofas,

I've been staying in Le Meridien Hotels, and this was my second visit in this same hotel. Hotel is very close to Haram and it is clean, comfortable and relax environment.
One special note I would like to make is that, I forgot my professional camera in my room and on my way back to Jeddah, one staff (Farmanullah) called me that sir you've forgott

The cleanliness, the comfort, and the general service were very good.
Compliments to the cook(s) for an excellent menu, breakfast and room service.

The hotel is really good. Hotel manager is very cooperative and flexible. I booked a triple bedroom and they upgraded me with quadruple room for free. Furniture is good as a 4star standard. There is a asian restaurant. The transporation from hotel to haram should be improved. The shuttle is only during prayer times. If u can afford 10 to 15 riyals

Its on the azizia main road, with a lot of city shops, barber,
supermarkets, juice shops, al-baik, etc. So if I needed anything for

Taxi takes 15-20 Riyals to Haram. Hotel has its own buses to and from haram as well.
Staff was nice and polite and if I needed a bit of work in the -
Its a small quiet hotel and we had a sweet which had two bedrooms. The
sweet also had two bathrooms and a mini kitchen. We have small kids and
we need a kind of small kitchen always. The staff is very friendly and
helpful. Even the bus driver was very friendly and flexible in case 9f
timings to go to Haram. So all in all it was a good experience.
