Location is awesome I think the closest one to Haram. Fast Check in courteous staff Reception Saudi guy was good. A Yemeni waiter was very well behaved in Restaurant. Late check out was allowed I checked out at 3 pm even though official time was 12 Bed was very comfortable and self controlled a/c is a plus All in all a nice, pleasant stay 8/10. The room service was excellent. We ordered extra towels and requested for help in setting up the safe and they were at our room in less than five minutes. The room has speakers from Haram holy place broadcast and the hotel is located few feet from haram.

Best hotel in Makkah in terms of closest walking distance to Masjid Al-Haram. Every thing is really excellent, only Parking problem i faced for which I really appreciate some of the staff (Mr. Wajee And Mr. Arshad) specially Mr. Wajee who take it personally and resolve it. The hotel is a very good location, very close to the Holy Mosque. It is very clean and the rooms are spacious. Staff are nice and friendly, the breakfast was very good. the hotel was clean and room service was nice. Internet was available all the time and the staff was very good and good at english. Breakfast was excellent. Wonderful location. Perhaps the closest hotel to haram. Room and facilities are good. Lobby supervisor/manager was very helpful in all aspects. As a 5 star hotel I was expecting a wonderful hotel but was disappointed. Rooms are very dark, small and congested. bathrooms are very narrow. The manner in which the staff, especially Mustapha the new cleaner, was polite and worked well with lots of respect for us. Location face from alharm. Breakfast nice. The hotel underground parking is too expensive at QR50/hour. It's ok if the rate is around QR150/day like another hotel in Makkah. The meals for breakfast should have more variety and selections/prefences should not be limited to Arab foods only. More selections/availability of Asian/Western meals should be provided. The room with the side view of the Holy Mosque is almost 100 sr more than the standard room and only gives you a corner view of the Haram, so in my opinion that is not worth it. Additionally the TV, although most will not bother with it, however it should be noted it does not have any English speaking channels. Front desk staff were not very helpful particularly with internet connection (lack of knowledge) Reception staff are rather slow, and with poor command of English. Front-end staffs on reception still need to be improved to welcome people irrespective from where they are from. No check-out flexibility. The cost.. It would be nice if the price cound be slightly reduced. Room service was not frequent. I rented for a day and was expecting room service next morning but they never showed up despite the "Cleaning tag" I left on the door. Lifts were very crowded.Electrical sockets were not user friendly, only limited to a single plug type. Washrooms need renovation. The room was small. Breakfast needs more attention as regards choices and staff. Standard room are so frustrating we had to ask for an upgrade to Kaaba view and that was not clear or metioned in Booking .com site. The water for showering was most of the time cold and you must wait long before water gets warm. Has suddenly become very expensive. Nothing. Some how i find it expensive, and its difficult to know the main entrance form the first time. can't change your room if it is not comfort. I took my luggage myself through checking out. No complimentary breakfast; Parking is costly. the room will not be clean up if you don't ask. too expensive. High price. The entrance is too crowded. Poor customer service, have to ask and phone so many times to get a response Room initially offered was very small, two bedroom, but they squeezed in a third. Still too small. Rooms, carpet and general decor old and dirty - needs deep clean Single beds lined up outside floor lobby - looks very bad Wifi in rooms extremely slow Not great value for money. Don't have parking , and parking so much about 15 per hour So crowd ,. Very dirty specially bathroom and very small room not suitable for 3 persons, I was book for 3 but 2 standard bed and one in extra bed which was not mentioned room descriptions in booking time..:(. staff attitude, poor concierge. Breakfast very poor, too crowded. Cleaning was so bad in the deluxe room compared this with my parents room which is located in side view to the Alharam. I should check in at 4 pm but I checked in after waiting a 2 hours and a half until the room was prepared for us. No even excuses during this time in sending us to a restaurant or even give a tea or coffee ( Not asking for these things but at least these things show how you are caring about the customers.). Cleanness. No cleanliness. Bathroom super minimize. AC is not cold. The room was very small.
