Great location, clean. A kitchen with fridge is at the disposal of
the guests.
A good choice from the price-quality point of view. A very quiet place, clean inside (without paying attention at the house stairs). The hostel has a good location but without a atmosphere.
It I nice and not so expensive. It is good for students.

The staff speaks either none or very little english. There is no left
luggage room so luggage you wish to leave on the last day has to remain
in the corridor in front of the reception all day. It went ok for us but
it is not very re-assuring. When you arrive, you have to type 53b on the
keybord at the door otherwise you will not be able to ask the staff to
open the front door. The building has decayed but the inside of the
hotel is clean. The curtains are too thin.

If you want to see and feel EXTRIМ Petersburg communal (dirty, foul smelling stairs and a small lift of 0.7 m x 0.7 m, even more dirty and bad), you can try this hostel.
The hostel is on 7th floor and the lift was broken. It seems that the lift is always broken! so it isn't a good place for person with a bigger luggage.
The kitchen isn't well equipped: too little glasses, lack of knives and plates and there are not space to sit and eat.
It is on te 5th floor. There is a small ugly dirty terrible lift.
Difficult to find place.
Nobody speaks English even single word.
