Location, Room, service, breakfast, atmosphere, everything. We stayed there for our honeymoon and all was perfectly arranged , even without telling that we got married they noticed and they made extra arrangements for us , just a perfect place to be and made our day even more special -

Staff are exceedingly friendly and professional and will go the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable.

This is a great hotel to stay at the city center, within a nice surrounding and 10 min. walking distance to metro station, making it easy to reach every part of the city quickly. Our room was spacious, clean, and every detail was addressed just like you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Staff was nice, and overall it was a great value for money. -

The hotel is well located close to Red Square - about 1 Km away but the
walk to the centre is well worth the effort for the street traders etc
on the route. The room - we had a junior suite - was comfortable and
spacious. The view over the river was nice. The staff were excellent. I
booked at 60% off the rack rate so it was good value too.

Borodino Hotel is constantly improving their service. Free Wi-Fi in every room works just fine. In case you do not have smart phone there is PC near reception and you can print your boarding pass - all for free as well. Excellent spa facilities. Hotel conveniently located nearby The airport. I stayed there for one night before early morning flight.
The free shuttle was on time and easy to find. I was leaving the hotel early, before standard operating hours of the shuttle, but the car was arrange for me for free for any time I needed. Very good service.
