Hotel Cheia enjoys the forest surroundings of Cheia resort and offers accommodation with a restaurant and shuttle transport to the airport. Free WiFi is available in public areas. Housed in a mountain-style building, the rooms are all equipped with a balcony, a cable TV, a telephone, and a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. A minibar is available on request, at an extra cost. Guests at Cheia Hotel can relax by the on-site bar or the outdoor terrace, where barbecue facilities are provided. On request, guided tours in the surroundings can be organized with the host. The restaurant is decorated with a large fireplace and comprises spacious dining area where different events can be organized. Shops and the bus stop can be reached within walking distance.

It's just in the middle of the city, next to the bus station to Bucharest / Ploiesti and a local market. It's clean, serves good food (at good prices) and it's a good value for money. It's placed in the center of Cheia, it's decently clean, the view from the last floor is nice, the air is clean etc. The suite we stayed in was freshly painted, with new flooring, two balconies. The suite is OK for a family or a group of friends at a fair price, but the double room price is too high for the offer. It's also an interesting experience, it's like revisiting old times.
