  I stayed twice at the Crystal Palace hotel in a short period of time and I was very pleased with the stay each time. The staff wes courteous and always willing to help. For my second stay I arrived significantly before the regular check-in time but I received my room very fast. I was also pleased with the Wifi Internet connection. All in - I came back to Cristal hotel after the first sensational impression about the staff. However it was amazing to notice that the service has even improved: their politeness has no limits. This time, during my too short stay, I enjoyed the continuous attention of the restaurant maitre, who can even speak Italian and acts as a guardian angel at your table. I must say that it was again a really pleasant stay. In this hotel you feel like a queen. Thank-you

  This was in the perfect location for a city visit. I cannot understand why previous visitors have complained about noise, it's right in the centre of the city, what did they expect? We would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for luxury and comfort.

My room was spacious with an extremely comfortable bed and a large bathroom with a big shower. The breakfast was also good at this hotel.
