location close to Arcul de Triumf a nice park good for jogging. public transport near, also to airport otopeni (bus 783).
Food in the restaurant of the hotel was also ok.
We stayed one night only, and it was very conveniently located to reach everything by public transportation.

Poor minibar, but at least they had some vine, water and soft drink, so this should not be a deal breaker.
There is no subway on walking distance but taxi's are cheap in Bucharest.
Down in the restaurant there whas a party,i could here it at the 3 floor. Rooms are not sound proof.
