Very comfortable and clean room. Excellent buffet breakfast. Highly efficient and charming staff. Free WiFi, although there was some difficulty connecting on our last day. Location is really good - just a few minutes walk from old town square. Breakfasts were good but with limited choice of food. Helpful and very kind staff speaking fluently German and English. -

The staff all seemed nice and friendly, although they weren’t very quick
at clearing tables during breakfast.
The breakfast was very nice, as was the free fruit, tea, coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day.
The free WiFi was a great bonus.
The hotel has excellent double glazing, which is needed as there are three street cafes outside the hote

The hotel is in a great location for walking to the old town, -
The coffee / hot chocolate free machine in the lobby - came in very handy! The hotel was very modern, ipads in reception free of use, rooms were all controlled by panel on wall. Breakfast was great, my husband really enjoyed the pancakes with nutella!!! and they had many other selections and lovely pastries as well. Location - approx 10 to 15 mins walk to main square and 15 to 20 min walk to bus or train station or you could catch a tram (once we worked out which one to catch).

Everything was perfect ... including the location in the center of oldtown and walk.able to any location, room was great, breakfast fabulous,bed was comfortable, a bathtub (loved) and I felt it was great value formoney. We loved everyting about the hotel....the staff were very friendly and helpfull. the hotel was spotless..we really enjoyed our stay, and would return again. - Great location short walk to main square. Staff was very nice and helpful. Very good breakfast, and very good resturant for dinner. I would stay again.

Great location, friendly staff - The room was excellent.We stayed for two nights and the maid was in after the first night cleaning the room ,making the bed etc.The staff keep out your road but are on hand if needed.Location couldn't be better.Thumbs up.

Went to a cosmetic clinic. Went out fot a walk but came straight back inas it was very cold. - Design and confort of the rooms. Probably the nicest 3* hotel I have ever stayed in.

The hotel is in a superb location, right near the centre of the old town. But even better, it is in a beautiful old building, lovingly maintained. The breakfast offers a wide choice and the lovely lady who works there even cooked me fresh scrambled eggs. In fact, the people are the best part about this hotel. Highly recommended. -

Everything was excellent I have never stayed in a better hotel. The room
was large and airy with a super shower en suite. Everything one needed
was provided, even carpet slippers. The staff could not have been more
helpful and pleasant and the restaurant served up some marvelous food
and again nothing was too much trouble for them. -

We were honoured to taste their special dish they wanted to sing up for a competition and we were asked our opinions. Very nice.
