My suite, which included a full kitchen and free internet, was outstanding and very comfortable. The hotel's location, on a quiet courtyard near a lovely pedestrian walkway with excellent shopping, good restaurants, and close proximity to the National Museum, was perfect. I am recommending this hotel to all of my friends who plan to visit Warsaw.

The customer service is really good. I have asked for a taxi to reach the airport and the receptionist kindly suggested to drive me directly for free !
