The stuff is very polite helping you in everything you ask them. The hotel is cosy and clean. Breakfast is excellent. The downtown of Warsaw is 20 minuts drive. Highly recommend tho stay in Relax hotel. -

1.the managers of the hotel are really great, they are very helpful and fluent at English and understand Russian.

Position close to Warsaw Airport is very good.
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Bedroom was adequate.
Easy parking.
Breakfast was ample and hot food was freshly cooked - although this was the weekend and there were not many people staying in the hotel.

It's very agreeable, cozy and green place! Room was neat and clean. There are tea facilities, refrigerator. There is tasty breakfast- tomatoes, cottage cheese, 2-3 types of cheese, 2-3 types of meat, juice, coffee or tea. Owner and staff were very amiability and helpful. -

Very nice place in the middle of the Old Town of Warsaw. Surrounded by various restaurants and shops. Wonderful opportunities for walking both day and nattetider.Bra equipment, quiet to sleep and reasonable to spend time at home in the apartment. - The apartment was in very good location and had so many places and restaurants to visit nearby. Apartment is very close to Ul. Nowy Swiet where is most of a restaurants and bars. Old Town is 15 minutes by foot. Apartament is very well-equipped for city break. It's situated in secured building with security in nice part of town. Wi-fi is working. Apartmant is new renewed. -

The personal is very friendly and there is 24/7 reception. The breakfast is rich, even with fresh scrambled eggs or sausage. The hotel is situated in nice park and although there is rush street nearby, it is hidden behind trees and the place is rather quiet. Large family room with kettle and tea bags. Clean, modern. Very comfortable beds. Suitable not only for a stay before flight but also for a long stay.Cheap parking outside.Not so far from the centre ( but we travelled with a car). -
Brand new re-branding for this hotel. It is very clean, close from the airport and form the city center with buses

Very unique concept with each room being different. Liked that the hotel staff allowed us to see all the available rooms first and pick which one we liked. They were very friendly, and helpful. Location with regards to "Old Town" couldn't be better - everything is within a short walking distance. Excellent bang for you buck! We will be coming back.
