Located in the very centre of Łódź, Boutique Hotel's III is right next to the OFF Piotrkowska and close to the popular Atlas Arena. A drive to Łódź Airport takes about 15 minutes and the airport shuttle is provided by the hotel at an extra cost.

Frendly, helpful staff. Very clean and bright and room housekeeping daily. Choice of breakfast very good and plentiful, looked and tasted lovely. Would stay again :-). right in the center, on the big boulevard, between old-town-center and shopping mall. nice room. Modern, few meter far from Piotrkovska str, good value for money,. location was good. If they had massge parlor even better.

Good location, clean, and apparently recently refurbished room and bathroom, comfortable bed, relatively stable wifi connection ... and that's about it. location free coffee and tea (though milk ran out) check in and out procedure was very fast and smooth Internet - OK TV - OK. Clean. Wifi only worked when I sat in reception. No tea, coffee or milk in room, used coffee machine in reception. Lots of stairs from entrance to reception, okay for me but could be a problem to others. room had no wardrobe and/or furniture to keep luggage. i had to put my stuff on the floor directly. music from the sports centre nxt door, luckily they did not finish too late!. It was freezing there. I visited Lodz in the late September, the weather was abnormally cold, and so was the hotel. Unfortunately, the stuff could only help me with an extra blanket. The hotel should be a perfect place when it's not so cold outside, or when the central heating system is up. No bar for a bear:). to narrow bed. This is a very basic hotel/hostel - there's nothing exciting about it. Quite suitable for a budget trip, but not particularly amusing or relaxing. Just a place to put your head down in the evening and leave in the morning. No proper vent. There was no wardrobe in the room (?!?!!), while there was sufficient space to easily fit one. Also no fridge. TV with N+ channels, but all in Polish :( The "view" from my window was right onto the bed of another room ... huhhh ... quite weird. - no hot water in the shower in the morning (there was enough warm water only for one person) - noisy (there is a gym which starts early, music was heard in most of rooms on the 1st floor) - no shampoo - the night lamp did not work - no lift from the main entrance to the reception desk (many stairs). no air condition there is a night club next and a lot of noice not sleep room is very small.
