great location, right next to the main square. I can't say anything about the B&B, since we got an apartment in the same street, which made this a great value.
So the apartment was equipped with full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room with couch and spare bed and laundry facilities. We were very pleased.
Helpful staff and generous with late checkout.

The apartment was central to all amenities and away from the busier squares but very close to the many squares,restaurants and markets. The view was superb and facilities were more than I expected. We got quick helpful responses to a couple of emailed queries before our visit, and this was matched by the friendly welcome from the receptionist on our arrival. The apartment was well-kitted out, and very comfortable - the efficient 24 hour heating was especially welcome during our January stay!

We were a group of four on a girlie trip, therefore we had the whole apertment to ourselves which was ideal. They had thought of pretty much everything including lots of extras we weren't expecting such as coffee, tea, juices, colas and cereals etc. We organised our transfers through Mariola which was very smooth and good value, she also went over everything with us and ensured we had her number should we need her. Highly qualified staff, speak English and Russian. We arrived at 3 am and were greeted by the owner himself. Very convenient location, practically next to the Old Town. We do not have to use public transport, except travel outside of Krakow. We arranged for the room rate, although it was possible to find a cheaper option. The room is clean and comfortable.

What a wonderful break we had, took my mum away for a week to somewhere we both had not been before, what made this so special was the Home hotel, their staff and making us feel so welcome. What an amazing experience from some very passionate staff, from the rooms maids to the reception staff. A wonderful experience. The hotel staff were friendly, approachable,knowledgeable and a delight to interact with.
