The location was excellent as it was quiet and only a couple of minutes walk from all amenities. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant attached to the hotel served some very delicious food which was reasonably priced. - EWveryone was very friendly. Excellent facilities and hotel.

The Wielopole was a lovely hotel, the staff were delightful and the facilities were very good. If I went to Krakow again I would definitely stay there. - Location close to city center and Jewish quarters, rooms decent size and very clean, breakfast was great and staff extremely helpful.

Very good location, close to the center, calm and silent area, close to main street and bus stops. Very wellcome, flexible and inteligent staff. The room was very new, clean, spacy and was swiched on heating because cold and rainy weather begun. - Good location, twenty minutes walk to the old center. The hotel is cosy, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well situated on a quiet street a short walk from the centre of the old town. The room was big, with amazing high ceilings and great light. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom...just very well-appointed. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Excellent value for money. -

We stayed in Queen Boutique Hotel in November 2013, in a double room for
two nights. Our room was really large, located on the top floor and had
a nice view of historical tenement houses of Kazimierz. Through the roof

The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've
met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us.
Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is
pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a
meal in their restaurant.
The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

I liked the clean, modern accommodation which was very good value for money. The location was great as we were only about a 15 minute walk from the centre of the old town. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helped with booking tours and arranged taxis to and from the airport. The rooms were clean, tasteful, and comfortable. It's on a safe main street a short walk from Kazimierz and a 20 minute walk from the main square, but there are trams if walking isn't for you. Would definetly stay again.
