  The rooms are clean and comfortable, when we arrive we asked to change rooms as we preferred to be at the front of the hotel overlooking the river. The staff were very accommodating and had no problem with us changing. The breakfast is excellent for a variety of tastes.   Fantastic location, just 300 meters from the old city gate, but in a quiet location. Very spacious, lovely long couch and large balcony and great kitchen. The staff were wonderful. This place has security 24/7 so very safe. Paulina in particular was fantastic when we kept having trouble with the wifi. Krakow is a beautiful city - Excellent apartment and ideally located to bus/train station and not too far from the Old Town. Apartment had all mod cons one could ask for: home away from home.
