a wonderful place to stay, we arrived on a overnight train so turned up to the Hotel at 7.00am expecting to leave our bags there and check in later. The staff offered us breakfast and then said they would telephone us when our room was ready, they did about 2 hours later. Amazing...very clean, great breakfast selection. The ultra modern shower needs a better door to stop water going all over the floor.overall all very good, we WILL be back...

The Hotel location is unbeatable, right across the square from the train station; and 10 minutes walk from the main square of the old town. Staff was very helpful and accomodating. The staff, led by Joanna Domanska - Duty Manager, were exceptionally supportive and friendly during this episode. Our rooms were very comfortable and the spacious, well maintained modern bathroom was particularly appreciated. Breakfast arrangements were good and catered for a wide range of tastes and appetites.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, when we arrive we asked to change rooms as we preferred to be at the front of the hotel overlooking the river. Beautifully designed & well appointed hotel. Rooms are spacious and suitable for a family of 2 adults + 2 children. We got a really good deal for two nights.the staff were so friendly and helpful.there was washing machine and dryer.rooms were very spacious clean and trendy.was 20min walk to the old town and was raining heavy when we stayed however the girl at reception organised the tour buses to pick us up right outside the door which was perfect.would definit

do for you. Tours such as that to auschwitz and the saltmines ran
directly from the hotel via bus at a great rate. Great bar, great food,
very comfortable clean rooms with toiletries and towels replaced every
day, simply a great place, I couldn't recommend it more!!.
