The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was bright and well appointed and it was a real bonus to have access to a washing machine to catch up with laundry. Our room had a magnificent view of the Market Square. The location was very convenient for places of interest and lots of restaurants and cafes.

Great hotel for it's price! We paid a little extra for the deluxe room and it was a really decent size! Bathroom was insanely huge and very nice! the hotel and staff were excellent very helpful staff day and night, rooms very comfortable and well appointed. good nights sleep. seemed to be newly refurbished all of the rooms exceeded the expectations of us all. very good location from the main attractions great if you arrived in cracow by air. The apartment was really nice and in a very good location and had no noise from the street in the evening. We will definitely go back there. There is quite a lot of stairs like most of the old buildings in Krakow but it didn't bother us too much. -

Just wonderful! Cozy design, feels like home. It is located in the center of Krakow but the windows look out on the courtyard so was very quite. Except some noises on a lower floor (from restaurant).

The place was clean and tidy on arrival with excellent facilities. The lady who met us to give us the keys was very friendly and helpful. There was lots of information on where to go and what to do. Location was brilliant - close to centre but set back from the road so quiet. Even had a balcony which didn't have a view but was very private. -
