Can't rate this place enough! Situated on a pretty pedestrian street, it was a little bit difficult to find at first but friendly passers by were happy to help. We were greeted at the reception by a lovely girl who was full of maps, suggestions & recommendations (a few of which we tried out & they didn't disappoint!). It was quite a few fl

The Staff where brilliant and the so was the property, we originally booked the 6 room however they also offered a seperate room for us just so we could have 2 bathrooms.
Every day and night they where helpful even when they let us in the aprtments at 5 in the morning after a heavy night. If you looking for a place bang in the centre seconds from all the best bars and restaurants this is the place for you.

The staff - Iwona and Pawel and the other staff there were fantastic,
pleasant, friendly, helpful and generous. From the coffee we got on
arrival to the help they offered with directions etc. I should also say
that one night at 11pm we called in and said we didn't need
breakfast the following morning as we were leaving early, 10 minutes

1 excellent fast check in. Lovely helpful staff.
2.Super huge room, very warm and comfortable.
3.Houskeeping kept room clean every day, replenished with clean towels,toiletries and tbags etc.
4 excellent location 5 mins from the main square and excellent location to explore.
Best tip: use the tram to get around its cheap for a day pass and jump on

Excellent location (10 min walk to the castle, 5 min walk to the old market square and main cathedral); the hotel has its own parking which is located in the backyard of the hotel (the parking space however seems to be small, so it's better to book this parking in advance if you arrive in hectic season); the rooms are large and comfortable

The lovely lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Provided us
with an extra fan as it was a little warm in our room. The location is
amazing for the price just off the main square. And on the south side so
closer to the Jewish quarter, Castle etc. I recommend room 8 for a party
of up to 5 and would stop here again if I visit Krakow agai

excellent location, fully equipt apartment with cutlery, pans etc, heating was very good and kept the place warm. All radiators had there own control so they could be turned up/down. There was plenty of hot water and the location was of the hotel was the best in krakow - big room and central place

The apartment was really nice and in a very good location and had no noise from the street in the evening. We will definitely go back there. There is quite a lot of stairs like most of the old buildings in Krakow but it didn't bother us too much. -

The apatrment was absolutely wonderful and in a very convenient location to all of the major attractions. The representatives of the company were very helpful and pleasant. The lobby of the building is very old and shabby, but once in the apartment (spacious, new, well-equpped and clean), it is a delight. - Extremely helpful staff, apartment was

The location is PERFECT. About 30 seconds walk from the Main market square. Everything in Krakow that you'd want to see you can walk to from here. Also made is very convenient if we needed to pop back for lunch/a nap!

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ious. the apartment was very central. would recommend booking transfers with teh apartments as they will drop you at the apartment main office then onto your apartment otherwise it is awalk through teh market sq which is ok if you do not have too much luggage. the taxi driver was very helpful.
