Really nice welcome and advice regarding facilities and tourist options
available. Very good location, quiet at this time of year (December).
Good shower and lots of hot water, apartment temperature easy to
control. Newly refurbished building. Some bottled water, tea and ground

We stayed in Queen Boutique Hotel in November 2013, in a double room for

The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've
met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us.
Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is
pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a
meal in their restaurant.
The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

From time of check in on Friday night to check out on Monday, we couldn't fault these apartments. This apartment 121 had the wow factor. Great inner city modern apartment which was tastefully decorated. Extremely well equipped and everything was high quality. Complimentary bottles of wine, chocolates on the pillows and free Krakow souvenir shopping bag was supplied. Free very secure basement parking. WiFi worked excellently. Apartments are very comfortable with all the equipment you could need. We even had baby chair and a baby bath thub. Lication is close to old town and all main bars, but calm and silent at the same time.

We had rented a car and did not have any clue where we would park it.
The desk clerk was so happy to assist us. He gave us the last space in
the back of the hotel at 2100. The desk clerks were all very friendly
and let us leave our bags for about 8 hours. They even found a camera

Parking was behind the hotel and very accessible if you needed to use your car. Overall nice, convenient place to stay in Krakow to be near the tourist sites.
