the front desk staff were more than helpful. i would definitely stay there again but found that it was far from the old city. - the staff were very friendly and very helpful in all aspects.Including arranging all tours and taxi s . Anything we needed was dealt with straight away and done with a smile .The food in the restaurant was very excellent

1) The rate was amazing! It's the highest scale of value for
money - though I'm sure this is just an intro price as the
hotel is very new.
2) The room design - pretty well done, modern, though the position of the study desk is a bit weird to be directly in front of bathroom

Very modern and stylish with a great location near the train and bus station. Very clean and comfortable with good control of the room via the tablet. Good internet connection throughout. Nice, reasonable meals in the restaurant.
The walk into the main square is about 10 mins and is very easy.
For those complaining about the lighting issues at night, there are bedside lamps with a switch that you can turn on without touching the tablet and also you can leave the mood lighting on in the bathroo

The hotel is cosy, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well situated on a quiet street a short walk from the centre of the old town. The room was big, with amazing high ceilings and great light. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom...just very well-appointed. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Excellent value for money. -

The Hotel location is unbeatable, right across the square from the train station; and 10 minutes walk from the main square of the old town. Staff was very helpful and accomodating. The hotel looks very new and is superbly designed. Very comfortable, very modern, breakfast was included in our rate and was very good value. I'd stay at this hotel if

The staff, led by Joanna Domanska - Duty Manager, were exceptionally supportive and friendly during this episode. Our rooms were very comfortable and the spacious, well maintained modern bathroom was particularly appreciated. Breakfast arrangements were good and catered for a wide range of tastes and appetites.
