We loved the old-fashioned, refined ambience of the place. Our room was small but elegant with a nice modern bathroom, a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and 3 bottles of water each day. Breakfast was very good, as well as the cold buffet you could have cooked food. Dinner in the restaurant was also very good and excellent value.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, it looks brandnew, nice rooms, nice bathrooms. Enjoyed the free internet connection available in the room. We had a wonderful experience here! We are English speaking, and we were always able to communicate with the staff with no issues. We have just returned from a four night stay at the Liv'Inn Aparthotel.
We were not dissapointed.
The staff could not be more charming and helpful and were always willing to assist with any queries or request with a smile.
The breakfast area was modern, clean.
The buffet breakfast is very good and gives a wide choice of cereals, cold meats and a hot choice as well.
The rest of the staff all appeared to do their jobs efficently.
The hotel is a little way out from the main attractions but this

I liked the location which was just below the Castle at the edge of teh
old town. We had the Wavel tram stop just next to us whihc ran both
into town , around it and into Kazimierz as well as furhter afield such
as the Bohotara Ghetto. The large rooms were great, especially int eh
heat. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and we had clean
sheets daily. The building is lovely. Had we required it, there was

The hotel was very quiet compared to City Centre ones. The staff were very welcoming and good. Access to the Centrum was very good indeed. All in all a very pleasant stay. - Warm convenient atmosphere.
