The location was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was good and pretty clean, given it's an old building.

Beds weren't that comfortable. Do not pay for parking, they charge 50pln, and on the street it's 33pln to cover a day. There's free parking a 10-minute walk away, if you can find a space. You get only one coupon for coffee.

Friendly and helpful staff, fluid english spoken. The locatios of the hotel is perfect, not in the main square, instead at a 10 min walking distance, which I do prefere.

There was an interior patio with trash cans and trash storage at plain sight. Not a big deal but would be much better to hide it.

Location in the center, really close to Wawel and Stare Miasto, with tram stop in 20m. Quite comfortable and very clean, but cold.

Dark and frightening entrance of the building, cold inside.

Location is quite good, just near the center, Vavel castle and free parking zone.

1. Smell in the room and in the building. 2. The room was too cold 3. Breakfast is served in the other building

The location is really good, a few 100 meters from Rybek square! Breakfast was totally ok.

The apartment wasn't clean, it was below standards, the bedclothes too. These apartments are not so expensive and we didn't expect a lot, but still it was below our very limited expectations

The breakfast was just coffee, the ham and cheese was finished at 09:00 and they didnt put any more (breakfast was from 08:00 - 10:30). The room was without heating, remember that winter in krakow is -5 degrees; also it was so dirty that we had to changed the room.
