This place is perfect for budget minded travellers. There are some drawbacks but you can't expect stars when you get a private room with private bath for the price of a dorm bed. It's located in an area with value-for-money shops and restaurants and within walking distance of the Old Town.
Not all of the staff speak English but it all works out fine with a good attitude on both sides and they are very helpful.
Another bonus is the very affordable on site parking. όλα τα σχόλια »
On a quiet street near the Wisla River and Kazimierz, you can't find
a better value for big, basic rooms. 24-Hour desk, flexible payment and
check-in&out times, plus no charge cancellations make this my
favorite spot for uncertain plans in Krakow. My room with private bath
on the top floor had Bohemian view of church rooftops. Some of the
massive, triple-rooms feel like a Soviet orphanage, but some with little
balcony are charming.
very good location on a quiet street, lift to all floors ,nice big room twin with hand towels/soap in very clean bathroom.also a fridge which is a plus .Cafe on ground floor does a nice breakfast for 8 zl and very good value meals. You will not find tourist info and English is restricted to a few staff,But if you know Krakow its a great place to stay.
I have stayed here 3 times and you get good size rooms clean, fridge,K.F.S Plates kettle.towels .Great location close to all the bars but on a quiet street. Its my first pick when i come to Krakow.Nice cheap cafe on site.24hr reception though English is sometimes limited. But the price is right ?.
Second time here it s a simple hostel in a very good location .The rooms are clean and you have a fridge which i like, there is no room service during my stay but again thats fine for me.Also on site is a good canteen with nice menu not expensive, close to good night life .Going back soon.
Excellent value for money.
My room was clean and big (I was sleeping in a double room with two single beds).
Location is good: the hotel is in the Jewish area where you can find a lot of bars, etc (but the hotel is located in a quite street). It is 10 minutes walking from old city.
This was my 4th stay here its in a good location not expencive and has a great cafe on site with very good meals.ie soup/main for around 15zls.and its good.Rooms are clean student type with a fridge, kettle, plates KFS.This is my go to hostel when i visit Krakow.
This is a student residence that offers its guest rooms to tourists in the summer period. The location is very nice, in the Kazimierz district with bars and clubs and a stone's throw away from the Wawel Castle. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
This is my second stay here and it's great value! It's close to all the attractions in Kazimierz and the river and castle and not far from the Old Town with great tram connections.
hotel is in a quiet street. the room has a small refrigerator and kettle. the old town and main city attractions are in a walking distance.
Big and clean rooms, very cheap, shower good. Asked for quite room and got one. Good area, lots of friendly bars near by. Will use again.
Very clean, comfortable room; dishes, kettle and tv in room; convenient,
because there is cafeteria at the first floor; elevator.
A very good opiton and extreemly nice staff. You get a nice modern room with a fridge. Very good place!.
Close to the city, great value, close to nightlife. Enjoyed our stay - exactly as described.
Well-situated in the Kazimierz district of Krakow. No fusses, no frills, great value.
Quiet area around Kazimiersz
confortable room
big shower
friendly helpful employees.
The staff, location, good value for the money, cleanliness, everything.
Good position, good staff, good quality/price ratio.
Clean residence. Friendly staff. Very comfortable.
2 beds in one room
Very clean, modern and central.
Very affordable accomodation on a good location.
Room was nice and clean, staff were helpfull.
24h reception is really helpful.
Good location: in a quiet street on walking distance from Wawel and Rynek on one side and from Kazimierz and Podgorze on the other. Nice to have a little fridge and a water kettle in the room. Comfortable room and bathroom. Very good lights in the room.
Very goog value for money. I would stay here again.
Large room quite clean, with work desk, fridge, boiler and lcd tv. River just 2 minutes on foot, tram station 2 minutes away. Supermarket and pharmacy 2 minutes on foot. Great price. Staff do their best although they can barely speak any English.
I like the location, the neighbourhood, close to the supermarket and other shops, the staff, very nice, the room was good, the lift is important.
My room had an excellent shower, and it was very useful to have a fridge.
very cheap, great location. fridge in room, balcony.
spacious bathroom.
Location.
I'd like to thank the young man for helping me out with my internet connection and helping me to learn a bit Polish. Also, for the young lady who spoke English. They were very friendly to me, a foreigner.
perfect location.
This is student housing and not a 'proper' hotel so don't expect facilities that come with an hotel.
Not for those uncomfortable with stained day-bed upholstery or making
their own beds with the ironed sheet, pillowcase, & quilt cover
they give you.
Nothing to dislike here i have booked my next stay already its great.
Checkout is 10.00hrs would like 12.00hrs .
Early check out @ 10.00hrs you get a P.A.call @9.45 to let you know in the room? I would like to see 12.00hrs to check out but hey its still a great value place.
hotel does not provide body towel only a small hand towel.
Towels a bit small.
Very very narrow parking lot, need good driving skills to drive through;
no Wi-fi in the room (only in conference room at 1st floor); loud
refrigerator; noises from other guests;.
Could be some cleaning during a week stay. Some young ones like to make noice during sleeping time which of course is very individual.
Showers were a bit too hot some times.
The place is a little far from old town, but within working distance.
Beds were kind of small and narrow. Towels were small.
Curtains didn't block any light, so woke up at sunrise each day...
Could upgrade the internet from cables to Wifi.
The Staff didn't speak English.
Apart from the floors things weren't very clean. One small towel for a whole week is not enough. I knew about this so brought some extra of my own.
Twin beds small and uncomfortable. Noise till early hours from students, especially on Fridays-Saturdays that is their night out. No clean towels and emptying of trash for 4 days i stayed there.
1. many of the people working at the recepcion doesnt understand basic english.
2.I never saw in my life an hostel tht doesnt clean the rooms, niether do the beds,we must do it.
The room wasn't serviced at all during my stay, so expect to have only two tiny towels for the duration of your stay. But this place provides great-value accommodation for a short stay.
no towels, no coathangers, no hot water in showers. worn out bedding with holes in.
There was a 'kitchen' for guests but unless you had taken pans, crockery and cutlery it wasn't much use to you.
you cant complain for this price.
Only cash accept.
The senior staff there who didn't/don't speak English...
cant complain for this price.
