Barka Basia Botel is located at banks of Vistula River in Kraków, a 10-minute walk from the Main Market Square. It features a spacious sun terrace, a restaurant and cabins with free Wi-Fi. All cosy cabins at the Basia are simply furnished and offer a view of the Kurlandzki Boulevard. Each comes with shared bathroom facilities. Front desk staff is available 24 hours a day and can arrange shuttle services. There are also canoes available and guests can enjoy fishing on the river. Breakfast is served every morning and can be enjoyed on the sun terrace. There is also an on-site seasonal grill bar and a drink bar. Barka Basia is located within a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Wawel Royal Castle. Kraków Główny Railway Station is 3 km away.

Although we arrived early in the morning, the staff allowed us to check in straight away, which was brilliant! The rooms are clean and comfortable,with plenty of room in the family rooms. The location is great, right next to the Jewish quarter just a few minutes walk away. Although there is a roof terrace directly above the rooms, there's hardly any noise after 11pm/midnight ish. The bar attached is fairly cheap, and is also close to a tram stop. Great location, and fantastic value in an amazin.
όλα τα σχόλια » This is a great place if you aren't too picky and are just looking for somewhere private and inexpensive. The hot water doesn't work so well all the time, so you must be ok with cold showers - but if you are the kind of person who complains alot, this is not the place for you. Breakfast is a really good value, only 12pln and the location is great for visiting Kazimierz and Podgorz, as well as being within a 20 min walk to the main market sq. Location was great, just down the road from the main Kaizimerz district, and only 20 minute walk to main square. Barge was great, clean and comfortable. Rooms aren't huge but then it is a barge! Excellent value for money. Very good location, close to the pubs and bars in Kazimierz and not far from the Old Town Market square and Wawel castle. Everything is in walking distance. Good breakfast for 12 PLN, more than you expect. People are very friendly; the location is very good- close to the city centre, to big trade centers; feells nice when wakng up and see river outside the window; very soft beds;. Great location for the cocon gay bar, and lovely food on the boat next door Augusta, very very cheap too, its very basic but good. A fantastic place to stay, big comfy cabin, good facilities, free wifi and friendly people. Unique!. friendly and helpful personnel, clean and nice rooms, cheap restaurant on the 2nd floor. The fact that is actualy a ship. It was cosy, clean and cheep. We recommend it!. Very nice to sleep,on a boat. Nice location. It was very, very cheap!. the style, location. River location. The shared bathroom might put some off, but didn't worry me as I was only backpacking. Plus it clearly states this on the website anyway. You pay for what you get! Other than that, perfect place to stay. The shared bathrooms could be a bit cleaner, but it was not bad for a boat. small double bed,. toilet and shower wasn't that clean, a noisy cleaning car comes at 7 am to wake you up. Restaurant was close the first night because of the weather. The mixted shower with no place to get dress was annoying but i knew what to expect based on other guests comments on this site.. It's the ship's cabin, so it's hot and stifting. Ventilation doesn't work. This is less comfortable at heat wave. The walls are very thin (problematic when there is music till 1am on a saturday) and though the rooms are generally clean, there are spiders and other flying subjects (because of the river). Spiders, draughty windows, communal bathroom without a lock. Expect air very humid given you are on the river Evenings and some nights quite loud. It was a bit dirty behind the bed. Dead bugs smashed on the wall Emptied the sceptic tank at around 7am one morning, creating an aweful odor on the entire ship Staff treats this as a bar first, and a hostel second. Don't expect much service. The shower facilities were in the same room as the toilets which were open to non-residence using the bar at night. This meant that they got in a bit of a state and it was difficult having a shower in the evening. room and toilet are not clean. not easy to find. Shared bathroom. Rooms very basic with no storage facilities for clothes.
