I loved the structure of the hotel and the traditional environment. The
palace was very interresting because it is possible to feel the past

Went to a cosmetic clinic. Went out fot a walk but came straight back inas it was very cold. - Design and confort of the rooms. Probably the nicest 3* hotel I have ever stayed in.

The Hotel was both aesthetically amazing. Unique for its combination of both past and present through the modernity of the black and white interior design and the historic and regal exterior.
The staff and services offered were as impressive as the overall grandeur of the building itself.
I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a lux

Awesome value for money, especially in comparison to other hotels in the center (eg Sofitel). Rooms are huge and very comfortable, with a massive bed. Breakfast is good too. Given that, prices are a fraction of the equivalent hotel in any mid-size city in Europe.

The staff were very friendly, and the apartments are very well situated in respect to public transport - a short distance to the tram stops, and a short walk into stare miasto. It's on quite a noticeable street, and travel to/from the airport is relatively straight forward. The apartment itself far exceeded expectations - all the comforts, and a c

Nice food; if too tired to go to old town for traditional dinner then eat at the restaurant! Very nice tatar and veel medalions!Comfortable bed, reasonable parking fee and very friendly staff! I always stay in this hotel when I am in Wroclaw. -

The cleanliness of the hostel and the staff were also friendly. The staff all seemed nice and friendly, although they weren’t very quick
at clearing tables during breakfast.
The breakfast was very nice, as was the free fruit, tea, coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day.
The free WiFi was a great bonus.
The hotel has excellent double glazing, which is needed as there are three street cafes outside the hote

The coffee / hot chocolate free machine in the lobby - came in very handy! The hotel was very modern, ipads in reception free of use, rooms were all controlled by panel on wall. Breakfast was great, my husband really enjoyed the pancakes with nutella!!! and they had many other selections and lovely pastries as well. Location - approx 10 to 15 mins walk to main square and 15 to 20 min walk to bus or train station or you could catch a tram (once we worked out which one to catch).

I was travelling with my small dog. I had to pay 30 zl a night for him, which was acceptable. The staff was very friendly and spoke English which was important to us. The restaurant on location was EXCELLENT!! Highly recommend. We ate there for dinner & breakfast.
The room was clean, small but comfortable. Pillows were fabulous!
