All members of staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and clean.
Breakfast was good and dinner in the restaurant was excellent. I think
the staff at the Conrad Hotel are an asset to the hotel. -

Everything in this hotel was very good! Staff speaks english, the rooms are nice are nice and clean, no complaints at all!
I am very keen on sightseeing so going to the city center was a must and it can be easiliy done with 5 or 6 tram lines that stop maybe 100m from the hotel. You can buy tickets on the trams but you need coins to pay for them,

Hotel vicino alla fermata di diverse linee di tram. Le camere spaziose e pulite. Colazione internazionale abbondante ma con pochi dolci. Staff gentile e disponibile.
Hotel very close to the tramway lines thath go to the city centre in a few minutes. Rooms are big and clean. The international breakfast is good but with few sweets. Staff very kind and helpful.

the front desk staff were more than helpful. i would definitely stay there again but found that it was far from the old city. - the staff were very friendly and very helpful in all aspects.Including arranging all tours and taxi s . Anything we needed was dealt with straight away and done with a smile .The food in the restaurant was very excellent

Lovely, cosy apartment, perfect for a small family to stay in. A well
stocked grocery store, a drugstore and a bakery are just downstairs. The
city centre is reachable by tram, but if the weather is good a walk on
the riverside is highly recommended. Friendly and considerate owner. We
will definitely stay there again. -

Nice grocery store in building and great italian food across the
street. Owner is lovely and most helpful. She arranged for our

Very good location, close to the center, calm and silent area, close to main street and bus stops. Very wellcome, flexible and inteligent staff. The room was very new, clean, spacy and was swiched on heating because cold and rainy weather begun. - Good location, twenty minutes walk to the old center. The hotel is cosy, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well situated on a quiet street a short walk from the centre of the old town. The room was big, with amazing high ceilings and great light. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom...just very well-appointed. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Excellent value for money. -

This apartment was a great last minute find. It was huge and brand
new. Kitchen had everything we needed and bathroom was super clean.
Loved the decor. But the best part was its location. Very close to
Wawel and the Square but on a quiet street which is rare in Krakow. We
will visit again!

The location is good, near to the Old Town, main Railway Station and enormous shopping centre - Galeria Krakowska. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, stuff friendly.
We were able to leave the car in the public parking in front of the hotel - it cost us 30 PLN per whole day (3 PLN per hour) - from 10am till 20pm, rest of the time - it's free. -
