There was a bed. Running wáter. Nothing. No hot wáter, a/c had to be left on otherwise the room got too hot but with the a/c on the room got too cold...there was no controlling the temperature. Did not speak a word of English, staff were rude, bed was very dirty with springs coming out the sides, no hot water, dirty hotel. We came with our reservation and we have been informed that they don't have a room for us. They sent us to a guesthouse beside where bedbugs were. Terrible staff, nobody English speaking.
