The location: very near to the ferries and to the train station The room and the breakfast The very nice staff. The hotel is close to the ferry terminal and train station, (however not as close as the hostel). Proximity to places to view the midnight sun - within a couple of weeks of the summer solstice. A little effort to spiff up the lobby and eating area wouldn't hurt. Pretty average or slightly below average breakfast.
