Hospitality of the owner. Elly was more than helpful. She lend me a map, and when I was in a hurry she brought me to the train station by car! very friendly owners - they volunteered to pick me up from the train station and didn't complain when I had to change my plans at least three times and then arrived quite late. At the end of my stay, I got a lift back to the train station. Breakfast was good. It was nice to find some chocolates and a shower gel in my room - shows that they appreciate their guests staying there.

The breakfast buffet was included in our price. There was a wide variety of choice and we enjoyed it. Although the train station was about a 15 minute walk from the hotel, there was a bus that ran in front of the hotel between Den Haag Central Station and Leiden Central Station. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and informative. We have never visited Rotterdam before and did not know much about where to go and things to do. Turning left out of the central train station, it's an easy 5-minute walk away. Seemingly half the city's trams pass through the station out front. I had a conference at the convention center, which is a 10-minute walk on mainly pedestrian streets.

We stayed in a large room which was beautifully furnished with items of the period the boat was launched. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. - The tour of the ship and meeting with some of the former crew. They are there pro bono and give interesting information about the days when the ship was sailing.

The location is perfect and very close to beutiful beaches. The owner was really nice, helpful and trusting. She even offered us an appartment for the price of a room that we booked. There are nice cycling routes and a lot to do even if it is not summer. Really relaxing. We recoment this hotel to anyone staying in the beautiful town Katwijk. The beaches are georgeous.

I must stress the fact that Tally was fantastic. She was great all the way. She helped me keep my reservation, even though it was reported that my card was blocked. She spoke really politely in phone and showed her characteristics of a fantastic staff. I recommend her for promotion with immediate effect. I enjoyed the comfort of the bed, the cleaning ness of the overall internal and external environment, the humility and willingness of the staffs to help and particularly Tally again :). Wonder

The staff were friendly and helpful in all sorts of small ways. I felt I was a welcome guest. Furthermore, I was especially impressed with the facilities and really enjoyed a swim in the pool early in the morning while overlooking the city. That was definitely the highlight of my stay! -

The room was big enough. In a high floor, in the back of the building facing the city centre . There was a kettle and soluble coffe and tea. The bed was very confy. The location opposite to the train station is very convenient. Plenty of supermarkets around. The information centre is near by. Walking to the town centre at night was lovely.
