  I loved staying at the Westin, it was the best hotel i have stayed in, staff couldn't have been any nicer or helpful, room was amazing and spotless, the bed was as stated - heavenly. Could have probably spent the weekend in the room it was so nice. Will definitely stay at the Westin again if in Rotterdam. - Excellent staff and room. I would say it is a perfect hotel and recommend you to live there.

  Absolutely nothing at all to find any kind of fault with. The level of customer service was exceptionally high, the room and bathroom were slick, functional and modern, and the buffet breakfast sumptuous! The Weekend Rate is very good value, if two people share a room. Leiden is a s - The room was big enough. In a high floor, in the back of the building facing the city centre . There was a kettle and soluble coffe and tea. The bed was very confy. The location opposite to the train station is very convenient. Plenty of supermarkets around. The information centre is near by. Walking to the town centre at night was lovely.
